This week, as part of CALEA’s continuous effort to improve, you will see some enhancements to the CALEA Information Management and Reporting System (CIMRS). None of the changes should require any additional training. The majority of the changes were implemented to further improve the input and output of agency information and assessment reporting.
Before logging in, please go through the steps of clearing your browser cache and browsing data, followed by closing the browser and restarting. A quick Google search for steps on “clearing browser cache” will give you step-by-step instructions for the browser and operating system you are using.
Improvements include:
- Ability to expand and collapse each agency process by program
- Updates to email alerts regarding report completion
- Updated observable checklist for Assessors during a site-based assessment
- Updates to other back-end process management tools for CSMs and Assessors
- Improved window view dynamics
