In the 4-year cycle, file review is conducted annually during remote web-based assessments. This process is conducted by Compliance Service Members (CSM). CSMs are another point of contact for agencies during the assessment cycle.

During the Mexico City meeting, the Commission Standards Review and Interpretations Committee (SRIC) approved revisions to the CALEA Standards for Law Enforcement Agencies Manual, and the Communications Manual.

The National Law Enforcement Applied Research and Data Platform (the Platform) provides an invaluable resource to law enforcement executives from two perspectives - agency staff and the community.
