CALEA Standards Manuals have been updated and are available in your agency PowerDMS site. When appropriate please publish the latest version of the manual.

Periodically, CALEA finds it necessary to update bylaws, policies, and standards in order to maintain the mission, purpose, and values of the organization. As the commission identifies changes, additions, and/or updates, the proposed item is posted to the CALEA website for client comment and feedback. Upon adjournment of the 2022 Spring CALEA Conference in Orlando, FL., the CALEA Commission is seeking feedback on five standards. Please review the standard and complete the web form by Friday, May 20th, 2022.

CALEA®, the Gold Standard in Public Safety, is pleased to announce the appointment of new Commissioner Chief Janet Moon. Commissioner Moon’s appointment is effective February 1, 2022.
