The Commission is pleased to announce Thomas Kulhawik will join CALEA as the Northeast Regional Program Manager. Mr. Kulhawik joins CALEA after spending more than 31 years in law enforcement, most recently serving as the Chief of Police for the Norwalk Department of Police Service.

As we kick off the new year and move into a hybrid assessment model, CALEA is pleased to announce the creation of three new positions. These three Assessment Services Managers (ASM) will oversee all facets of the CALEA Assessment Process.
