The Commission has been notified that CALEA Commissioner Kenton Buckner has been selected as the chief of police for the Syracuse (NY) Police Department.  More information concerning his appointment can be found in the below link:

Kenton will finish his duties at the Little Rock (AR) Police Department on November 16, 2018, and will be sworn in as the Syracuse Chief of Police later in the month.
