This week, as part of CALEA’s continuous effort to improve, you will see some updates to the CALEA Information Management and Reporting System (CIMRS). Prior to logging in, please go through the steps of clearing your browser cache and browsing data, followed by quitting the browser and restarting. A quick Google search for steps on “clearing browser cache” will give you step-by-step instructions for the browser you are using.
As a client user (Accreditation Managers and CEOs), the updates are limited to the scheduling of interviews during the web-based and site-based assessments. The majority of the changes are on the reporting end of the assessment for Compliance Services Managers (CSM) and Site-Based Assessors. With the addition of these reporting features, there will be some slight adjustments in presentation to the final report.
